Our plastics moulding business started in 1957, when Elio Picco and Giovanni Dogliani – a draftsman and an accountant – who strongly believed in the potentials of this quite new sector, entered upon their project.
TERMOPLASTICA was incorporated in Coazze, and it was one of the first industries established in this mountain district. The company was initially provided with only one injection press used to mould transparent covers plate for motorcycles.
Our main offices and plant are in Giaveno, Strada Selvaggio n. 51 (Italy), about 35 kilometres from Turin. The position is strategic due to its proximity to the important and growing industrial pole of Avigliana, and to the highway A32, which is one of the most important connections between Italy and France.
The plant covers an area of 5.800 square metres, has spacious areas for the production, storage and handling of finished and semi-finished products, as well as for the storage of raw materials and for the preservation of moulds.
